When you organise themed promotions, think up some unusual ideas rather than the obvious ones. This year, for Valentine's Day, instead of having the usual wines on taste, we had Amarone and Kir Royale and were
giving away bottles of Cassis. We're going to do something similar for Mother's Day. I'm just waiting for a flash of inspiration.
