The Real Wine Fair 2017 will feature more than 700 wines
The Real Wine Fair returns to London in May and organiser Doug Wregg has urged the trade to champion the organic, biodynamic and natural wines it showcases.
There will be more than 700 of these wines poured at the Tobacco Dock in Wapping on May 7-8.
Wregg, who is sales and marketing director at Les Caves de Pyrenne, told OLN: “We are seeing more artisan, hand-crafted wines available now than ever before.
“People are looking for the point of difference, considering provenance, the story behind the wine, ethical farming practices and, of course, unique flavours.
“The best quality grapes come from the best quality farming, so organic and biodynamic practices are instrumental in realising the true potential of the vineyard. “As for natural wines – wines made without additives or intrusive manipulations – more customers are responding to the freshness and purity of the wines.”
