Crikey IPA parachutes over from Seattle's Reuben Brews
An IPA from Seattle’s Reuben Brews has arrived in the UK just days after it took gold in the New Style IPA category at a European beer competition.
Crikey IPA, which is 6.8% abv, was praised at the European Beer Star awards for its tropical fruit, juicy citrus and pine hop profile, balanced with its “malt backbone”.
Meanwhile, Reuben’s Brews also recently secured an award for its German Sour Ale, Gose.
Both brews, which are available in cans and bottles, are among thirty new beers to land at Nottingham’s Left Coast Distribution this month.
Left Coast is dedicated to bringing US craft beers to the UK and its beer line up currently also includes beers from North Coast Brewing, Ruhstaller Brewery, Uncommon Brewers, Mavericks and Knee Deep Brewing Company.
