Pernod Ricard and AA launch summer campaign against drink-driving
Pernod Ricard UK and motoring organisation the AA are launching the second phase of their joint anti-drink driving consumer marketing campaign.
The campaign uses online advertising to urge drivers to “accept responsibility” when it comes to drinking and driving.
This first phase ran before last Christmas, and the new burst runs from today on the AA website as well as Facebook, Spotify and MSN.
Jean-Manuel Spriet, chief executive of Pernod Ricard UK, said: “In May, the UN launched the Decade of Action for Road Safety – Pernod Ricard is working across the world to contribute to this through its anti-drink driving campaigns.”
AA president Edmund King, President added: “It is extremely important that we maintain momentum in educating consumers about this issue and the importance of personal responsibility.”
