MacFarlane takes AB Inbev's helm
Stuart MacFarlane has been appointed
president of the combined UK and Ireland business of the newly-merged Inbev and Anheuser-Busch.
The appointment follows the acquisition of the US brewer of Budweiser by the Belgian multinational
company last November.
It means David Dryden, vice president and managing director of Anheuser-Busch UK & Ireland, will leave his post at the end of March.
MacFarlane said: "David has been an invaluable contributor to the success of the Budweiser brand, and has exhibited exceptional leadership through the transition
of the business."
