Conference gets tough on beer issues
Beer retailers and producers can thrash out the issues they face at the International Beer Conference 2007 in the Dorchester Hotel , London, on Feb 20.
Organised by OLN and sister title the Morning Advertiser, this year's event has the theme of "how to survive in a tough market". The conference will look at the current shape of the beer category and what the future holds for regional and local brewing markets.
Speakers including Wells & Young's Nigel McNally, ACNielsen's Graham Page, Asda beer buyer Ged Futter and C amra's Mike Benner will present statistics, advice and suggestions on the future of the category.
Mike Paul from Wine Intelligence will look at how to learn from the wine market and other leading industry figures will address ways to build a successful brand .
